Startup Context – Clean & Professional
Solutions/Opportunities
This gave me a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, from logo and brand identity to a comprehensive design system and UI library.
As a newly founded company, Clever Case didn’t have a pre-existing product to evolve. Instead, we were starting from scratch (no legacy UI, no branding, and no established design patterns).
Establishing Task Flow Clarity
Legal case workflows are inherently complex, with multiple layers of tasks, deadlines, documents, and stakeholders. Designing a UI that could handle that complexity without overwhelming the user
This gave me the chance to architect a clean, modular UI from the ground up. I focused on prioritizing clarity, making important case information accessible at a glance while allowing deeper layers of data to remain easily discoverable.
People Management & Profile Clarity
There was a need for a centralized place where users could easily view and manage all people including attorneys, clients, paralegals, and assistants. The diversity of roles and data made it difficult to create a one-size-fits-all solution.
I created a dynamic people directory UI with filters, custom search, and role segmentation. Individual profile screens were designed with a modular layout, showing most relevant and important fields at a glimpse.
